Counselling Sessions & fees

Online: Counselling sessions are held on Zoom, and last for 60 minutes.

In person: sessions last for 50 minutes, held in Bournemouth and Poole.

All counselling sessions are priced at £60 per session, with payment required 48 hours prior to each session.

I offer an initial 15 minute free, no obligation phone call to talk through what brings you to seek therapy, and for us to see if we are a good fit to work together. We can then arrange a time to meet for your introductory session.

The automated calendar function shows my current availability for you to book this in directly with me.

As part of my 'Counselling Contract' with you, payment for sessions is required 48 hours before your appointment as a minimum, to help me with my scheduling. Cancellation or rearranging of sessions requires a minimum of 48 hours notice (unless there is an emergency in which I will look to accommodate).
