Prior to qualifying as a Therapist, I have gained experience from working in different jobs such as sales, account management, training, and business development. These have been in finance, recruitment, insurance, and construction. My varied background of working helps me to understand and relate to life in the commercial world, with the successes, stress, and challenges this can bring.

As part of my counselling qualifications I have undertaken therapy myself, so I have experienced what being a client is like. Along with regular supervision to ensure that my work is ethical, safe and of a high standard, I am continuously learning, developing, and building on my therapeutic skills, as part of my commitment to provide the best possible support I can to my clients.
